South Sudanese Civil Society Calls for Release of Detained Individuals in Respect of Human Rights and Rule of Law
In a heartfelt appeal to the leadership of South Sudan, Mr. Edmund Yakani, Executive Director of the community empowerment for progress organization (CEPO), has urged for the immediate release of former Juba City Mayor Kalisto Lado and other detained individuals. Addressing the pressing issue with great respect and honor, Yakani emphasized the importance of upholding human rights and applying the rule of law in a constructive manner.
