“I am deeply humbled by the trust placed in me by the people of Mogiri Boma. Our collective strength lies in our unity, and together, we can achieve great things for our community,” Chief Lodu remarked.

Urging the residents of Mogiri to return to their ancestral lands and engage in agricultural activities, Chief Lodu highlighted the vital role of agriculture in navigating the country’s economic challenges. He underlined the necessity of sustainable farming practices for the community’s well-being and prosperity.

While emphasizing the peaceful nature of the Mogiri community, Chief Lodu issued a stern warning against any disruptive or unlawful behavior within the boma. He stressed the importance of maintaining law and order, asserting his commitment to upholding peace and security for all residents.

“The people of Mogiri are known for their peace-loving nature and hospitality. While we welcome all tribes to our land, I will not hesitate to take action against any individual who threatens the harmony and security of our community,” Chief Lodu asserted.

In response to the installation of Chief Lodu, Mogiri Boma youth leader Rechard Jada conveyed his support for the new chief and expressed willingness to collaborate on matters pertaining to youth development within the boma. He emphasized the importance of community consensus in driving forward any developmental projects.
